I went to visit Shillong after many years with my children, and booked for three nights, but I left after 2 nights. I had booked 2 rooms and asked that we may be accommodated near each other. This was refused. I stayed at the new building …

My husband and I (both senior citizens) stayed in this hotel for three nights. We booked the classic room which is very cosy and comfortable. It is a converted hotel with the beauty of an old house. It is in a calm and quiet residential area nearing the Police Bazar. The warmth of behaviour of the staffs here and neatness of entire resort highly pleased us. From this resort we came in contact with an excellent driver for our entire tour who is really really a gentleman. This resort provides only the breakfast as they do not have a restaurant but they would arrange your food through Swiggy if you need to have it.

The rooms were clean and spacious but there is no restaurant at the hotel. It is not a hotel basically it's a person house turned into guesthouse.|The parking is very steep and uneasy. It's a bit far from the police bazar and market area.|The prices are unjustified.

Neat and clean room. Aesthetic room. Visited and stayed during winter November. So, it was fine during this period. Can't say about summer!

Excellent property away from the city traffic! Super clean and cozy rooms, lovely landscape, hot breakfast (we were served puffy pooris). The staff was pleasant, we didn’t have much of interaction though. The intercom didn’t work, but we never had a need to use or call for service help. The hotel was not taking orders for lunch/dinner at the time of our visit. That was even better for us, we got to explore some nearby eateries. I would book my stay here if I am ever in Shillong anytime soon!!

Good to stay on a budget, will face a current cut in the night and resultant water cut during early morning. The bed wasn't very comfortable, pillows lacked filling, and the room got stuffy on closing all doors and ventilators, but putting on the fan made it cold.

The tap in washrooms were not functional and the service staff was offering to get bucket of water every time you require hot water. Pathetic experience. if you are okay to leave your experience to luck, you might want to try this property since the room you get and the associated features/ functions are completely dependent on the room you are alloted. Stay safe, don't book this property.
